EXPLORATION & TRUST-BUILDING

Strategic communication can
help you answer these questions.

THE BEGINNING OF A MINING PROJECT'S LIFE IS OFTEN FULL OF QUESTIONS.

  • How do we interpret and measure the expectations of the key stakeholders regarding the future project?
  • How do we design and implement CSR strategies since the beginning stages of the project?
  • How do we successfully craft the project’s surrounding community?
  • How do we facilitate the relationship with governments and authorities to obtain licenses and permits?

CONSTRUCTION & COMMUNITIES

360 communication can help
you face these challenges.

A BUILDING PROCESS IS AN ENVIRONMENT SUITABLE FOR CRITICISM.

  • How do we express the results of a project that is not yet in operation?
  • How do we face critiques and those against the project?
  • How do we maintain constant and interactive communication channels?
  • How do we measure reputational risks that may affect the viability of the project?
  • How do we activate external validators for the project’s reputation?

PRODUCTION & SUSTAINABILITY

Proactive communication can
help you face this environment.

NOTHING GENERATES MORE NOISE THAN DOING A GREAT JOB.

  • How to express the organization’s purpose and results in a different way within the frames
of the traditionally reserved mining industry?
  • How do we solidify the relationship with the communities?
  • How to maintain authentic and empathetic communication while the project operates?
  • How do we strengthen our voice through our leaders as a mining company?
  • How to consolidate groups of employees so that they stay aligned with the organization’s purpose?
  • How to deal with a crisis affecting our reputation?

RESPONSIBLE CLOSURE

Storydoing can help you
tip the scale to keep it real.

AT THE LAST MOMENT, MYTHS CAN SUPERSEDE REALITY.

  • How do we differentially report results?
  • How to capitalize on the results of your mine for the development of future projects in other lands?
